There's no info yet on the movie quality and if it allows full manual control when filming.
A clue comes from the specs where about 16 min video per 4 GB are mentioned. This translates to just about 4 MB/s or 32 Mbits/s. It seems movie quality will be similar to the Olympus E-P1.
According to dpreview.com movie capture is available in the SCENE setting and "offers only very limited control over settings such as exposure - you can't, for example, select aperture or ISO sensitivity." That's sad but you could buy it now and wait for a dedicated stills/video module ;-)
